Has anyone ever thought about doing a big comp at Tellico in Murphy NC? There are tons of rocks there with almost everything you could ever want. Me and a few other guys have been tossing around the idea of going up for a long weekend. I have been there a few times in my 1:1 wheeling days and it was awesome. I just thought I might ask if any of you might be interested in a long weekend of crawling, grilling, and maybe a little drinking.

We were most likely going to rent a cabin from Chuck and Helen @ tellicocabins.com which are fully furnished with A/C full kitchen and clean showers along with nice beds. They have two rock gardens right out in front of the cabins that could keep us busy for several days. They also have several places where you can have fires and such as well.

Crawl during the day, grille and talk smack at night just to get back up the next morning and do it again. Let me know if you guys have any interest. We are going for sure we just haven't decided when. The more people we have I think the more fun it would be.

I have spoken with a few of the powers over @ S.E.R.C.R.C. and E.T.R.C. and they have expressed some interest. Hopefully we will have a nice size crowd.

Looks like we are looking at the first part of September guys. I am not sure exactly how many we will have as of yet as some of the East Tenn. guys have expressed some interest as well. I would love to have a few of you guys if you could make it.

Not that any of you guys appear interested but we are planning for the first weekend in September. Sept 5 - 7. I only have about 10 confirmed so far. Please let me know if ANY of you guys would be interested in going. I would love to have some of you more experienced guys along for the trip to show us Whipper Snapper's how it is done. Laughing

Hey that is great Wade. I can most certaintly use and appreciate your experience. Have you already made camping arrangements? How many will you have total? I am very glad that you are coming.
